  • Animoto - (ONLINE TOOL) for making slide shows. There are only 3 steps - upload your pictures, add music, save.  It automatically does everything else. Free Demo allows 30-second trial. 

 

  • Animator DV - (DOWNLOAD TRIAL) A software for creating stop-motion animated movies. Some features: onion skin, frame averaging (video noise reduction), AVI export, RAM player, time-lapse tool.  

 

  • Art Rage Demo - (DOWNLOAD) With ArtRage you can paint with oils, sketch with pencils, sprinkle sparkling glitter and much more. Tracing and Reference images let you load photos to recreate as paintings either by eye or by letting ArtRage select colors for you as you paint.

 

  • Audacity - (DOWNLOAD) A simple and powerful sound recording tool.  Great for podcasting & MP3 recording! 
    • For MP3 capability you must download the LAME MP3 decoder here. 

      1. When you finish downloading the lame_enc.dll file above, save it somewhere on your computer that is easy to find.

      2. The first time you use the "Export as MP3" command, Audacity will ask you where the lame_enc.dll file is saved.  You must tell Audacity where you saved the lame_enc.dll file and voila! you can now export to MP3 format forever.

 

  • Blender 3D - (DOWNLOAD) Blender is a free, open source 3D content creation program. 

 

  • CamStudio - (DOWNLOAD) CamStudio is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer and create AVI video files, and using its built-in SWF (Shockwave Flash) Producer CamStudio can turn those AVIs into lean, mean, Internet-friendly Streaming videos (SWF). Most files in 2016 are uploaded as a MP4 file in 2016. MAC does not utilize Flash files. Before using this product make sure you know if you can view a .SWF file. Jott Voicemail works the same way, but your friends, family, and colleagues are the ones leaving the messages when they call your number.   • Quick Time - (DOWNLOAD) A multimedia framework developed by Apple Inc., capable of handling various formats of digital video, media clips, sound, text, animation.

 

  • SafeshareTV - (ONLINE) Allows you to show YouTube videos in the classroom without all of the recommendations.
